RETURN&EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept return for an exchange only or store credit, no refund.
Items to be exchanged should be unworn and returned in good condition (new, with tags). Items returned can only be exchanged for a regular priced item, not sales or promo items. An exchange can only occur once, we won’t accept a return twice, the package would be refused.
All items bought on sales or with a promo code are final sales. We do not accept an exchange or a return whatsoever on all our Ivory/off-white/white clothes, bodysuits.
Customer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred. Returned items will be a store credit after shipping cost has been deducted. Store credit expires after 45 days from the day the item was returned.
Package should be returned within 3-5 business days from the day it was received. We won't accept any return after the fifth day.
Package to be returned should be sent with tracking and signature as we may not receive them otherwise signed for. We won’t be responsible for any lost package shipped without signature.
